Sari Avis Acupuncture in Ringwood
Sari has been working as an acupuncturist for 30 years. She has worked as an acupuncturist in many countries and clinical settings.
Sari graduated from the International College of Oriental Medicine in 1991. This acupuncture course is the only full time, 4 years course in the UK. It specialises in the Stems and Branches and Five Elements styles of acupuncture.
In 2003 - 2004 Sari trained in Amsterdam in the unique style of Toyohari acupuncture. During 2008 - 2009 she completed the Advanced Toyohari Training Programme. She has since attended many Toyohari seminars and workshops in the UK, Europe and Japan.
Sari offers personalised pre-conception care and teaches fertility awareness. She offers support during pregnancy and labour. Please contact her to discuss any women’s health issues that you are seeking help with.
Sari is passionate about offering babies, children and young adults an early introduction to acupuncture.
Sari is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC), the British Acupuncture Association (BAA) and the Toyohari Association (Japan). Sari is the Academic Dean of the Toyohari UK branch. She is also an experienced lecturer in both the theory and practice of acupuncture.
It is easy to get to Sari from Southampton, Salisbury, Christchurch, Poole or the Bournemouth area. Wimborne, Verwood and the New Forest are easily accessible too.
